		<description>Honestly, we&#039;re making these when you come out here in March. Mostly so we can pretend to wrap mini quiches in proscuitto, and end up just eating proscuitto. 

This is, seriously, an AWESOME idea. If I didn&#039;t love pie crust so much, this would become my go-to. I wonder if you could line mini muffin cups with pastry first, then proscuitto, THEN quiche. Would that produce soggy everything? Agh.</description>
